Katharine, Christy and I were discussing yesterday about how we would define "sleeping like a baby" as a night of screaming, crying, and no sleep. But, I think that I have discovered where the old expression comes from. It is from you parents who were able to lay their babies down on their stomachs for the night!
Paige has been rolling herself onto her stomach to sleep for the last 3 times she has slept...enough that I would assume it is her new "thing". And she has consequentially "Slept like a baby". She woke up once last night randomly at 1:45 so I gave her her soother. She woke up another time with a loud cry, and I thought, "no for the love of God, I'm too tired", but then she made some talking noises and then silence. I am pretty sure that she turned on to her stomach at that moment. It is now 8:30 am and she is still sound asleep.
Also, she has been wearing massive diapers at night to hold everything in! haha.
Fingers crossed--mike is sick and now I am sick..we DO NOT want Paige to get sick, especially before Christmas....
I'll post some pictures later when I figure out this computer.....

I think your writing is amazing..I think you should think seriously about using it somehow!!!!! ya - babies feel so secure sleeping on their tummies., but maybe it is best they do this on their own......I am glad she isdoing well....hope you all feel better soon Love Gramma
Sorry you aren't feeling good. I am pretty sure you are right about the "tummy sleeping". I think they stay warmer that way too. Good you discovered the "secret" of the massive diapers though. Perhaps things will go better now. Good luck, Gramama
